To begin, your lead technician will review with you the areas (whole rooms, traffic areas or a combination) and/ or furniture you would like cleaned, noting heavily soiled traffic patterns, spots or odors you may have particular concerns with. All furniture is dry cleaned. Our technicians will then pre-treat heavily soiled areas to loosen tough ground-in soil in preparation for extraction. To provide the most thorough cleaning possible a (free rinsing no residue) solution is injected under high pressure into your carpet, suspending the soil to then be completely extracted from your carpet with a powerful dual blower vacuum. Many carpets dry in as little as 4 hours. Protective pads and blocks are placed under legs or base of furniture that was moved during cleaning to prevent any transfer of wood stain or rust (metal legs) to your carpet during drying. As a separate application (optional) our technicians will apply Genuine 3M® Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector and groom into the areas you have requested. Most major carpet manufactures recommend periodic re-application of protector, even on stain resistant carpet!

Post cleaning walk-through/ inspection. Your lead technician will accompany you for a walk though inspection of the areas/furniture cleaned. We are proud of our work and you will be too. Pads and blocks placed under furniture legs/bases during the cleaning process should remain until the carpet is completely dry. Using fans to circulate air can significantly reduce dry time.
