Furniture Cleaning Traverse City
& Surrounding Areas
Grand Traverse Carpet Cleaners is your upholstered furniture cleaning authority. Serving Northern Michigan since 1999 thousands of people trust us for superior dry cleaning of their fine upholstered fabrics.

Why dry-cleaning is the preferred method of upholstery cleaning?
We adhere to the manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions. Over 90% of all domestic upholstered fabrics require dry cleaning to prevent shrinkage and discoloration. Over-wetting from steam cleaning can permanently damage your furniture.
How can I be sure my furniture won’t be damaged?
Our highly trained technicians first test the furniture you would like cleaned for colorfastness and potential shrinkage. While most upholstered fabrics are cleanable, there are some imports that cannot safely be cleaned. Great care is taken to prevent any possible damage.
Is dry cleaning toxic?
Solvent based, perclorethylene dry cleaning fluid is toxic. However, upholstered fabic manufacturers specifically do not recommend their use. We use only environmentally friendly (non-toxic) cleaning agents that are proven safe for your home, family and furniture.
Will dry cleaning get my furniture really clean?
Yes! Our dry cleaning process will remove body oil (common on furniture), general soil, food, beverage spills, ink, grease, even magic marker! Our customers are truly amazed with the results we achieve. All work is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
The difference: We are happy to have you as a customer today, but just as important, we want you as a customer, tomorrow!
